             A privately held limited liability company, Global is owned by senior management. The group is committed to strong corporate governance, and has a clear and effective framework enabling us to maintain the highest ethical and business standards across the firm. Management and staff have excellent working relationships with bank sponsors, placement agents, depositaries, securities intermediaries, and the rating agencies. A member of the American Securitization Forum, the firm is dedicated to providing professional and responsible management of SPVs while meeting the challenges created by the ever-changing regulatory environment in which we operate. While many of our competitors have been bought and sold over the years, Global’s clients have known only one management team and a single corporate culture predicated on meeting the needs of SPV sponsors.
