             Our experience is very broad based. We have participated in many types of transactions, including single-seller and multi-seller trade receivable and corporate loan facilities, equipment and auto leasing structures, international programs and project finance transactions. We have coordinated the ownership and management of both North American and European SPVs. From our modest beginnings, we are proud to now employ more than three dozen staff members, many of whom are specialists that bring substantial knowledge and experience to our SPV platforms.
