Andrew L. Stidd
Andrew L. Stidd is a co-founder of Global Securitization Services, LLC (“GSS”). He is responsible for a number of accounting, payroll and cash management functions for GSS including oversight of the annual GAAP audit and preparation of tax returns. He also serves as an independent director for programs that securitize credit card pools, leases, trade receivables and timeshare loans.
Prior to co-founding GSS, Mr. Stidd spent nine years at Lord Securities Corporation where he was in charge of operations for special purpose vehicles managed by Lord. In addition to his managerial responsibilities at Lord, Mr. Stidd helped negotiate the purchase of a subsidiary of Bank of America which managed special purpose companies. Previous to this, Mr. Stidd spent eight years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a manager in the Controllers Department.
