Kevin J. Corrigan

Kevin J. Corrigan joined Global Securitization Services, LLC (“GSS”) in April 2017. Mr. Corrigan provides direction on legal aspects of SPV ownership, SPV management, SPV administration and independent director services. His deep industry experience and broad knowledge across a wide range of structures and asset types enable Mr. Corrigan to provide clients with the superior level of assistance they require from their SPE services provider. Fortune 1000 companies have selected Mr. Corrigan to serve as independent manager, special member and springing member for their SPV subsidiaries established to finance commercial real estate, energy infrastructure and many classes of financial assets.

Before joining GSS, Mr. Corrigan spent ten years at Fitch Ratings where he was responsible for managing credit teams within the rating agency’s Structured Finance department. His primary credit coverage areas included asset backed commercial paper programs, structured credit products, and insurance linked securities. Prior to that, Mr. Corrigan spent seven years at Goldman Sachs in the Securities and Controllers divisions. Within the Securities division, Mr. Corrigan originated short term debt products, including asset backed commercial paper conduits, and marketed them to investors. He began his career in the Controllers division supporting the investment bank’s asset management unit. While at Goldman Sachs he received both his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Mr. Corrigan received a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2013 and he is admitted to the New York State bar. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1999. Mr. Corrigan lives with his family in Watchung, New Jersey.
